When my parents visited over Christmas they brought a cooler full of ground beef and giant steaks (...you know you grew up on a farm when). H and I usually don't eat a ton of red meat, so we're pretty excited to have a freezer full of premium meat. The ground beef is easy to cook with but the steaks are tricky -- we don't have a grill!
