Full Disclaimer: I participated in an Influencer Activation on behalf of Millennial Central for Evolution Fresh. I received coupons for Evolution Fresh juices to facilitate my review as well as a promotional item to thank me for my participation. As always, all thoughts are my own, thank you for supporting brands that support Cornflake Dreams.

I recently had the opportunity to try Evolution Fruit Juices’ line of summer inspired juice — hooray for healthy sweet treats! Evolution Fresh peels, presses, and squeezes raw fruits and vegetables. After chilling, blending and bottling their juices, they use High Pressure Processing (HPP) to help protect flavors and nutrients. Click here to watch a video on how this process works. Also good to know -- while the fruits and vegetables used to make the juices are raw, the juices themselves are not. I love when juices incorporate both fruits AND vegetables. Typically I do a pretty good job eating lots of veggies at dinner, but I need to work on incorporating them into my snacks and lunch. The veggie/fruit combo is an easy way of drinking your veggies. And since Evolution Fresh juices are cold-pressed to keep in the nutrients, the texture is a little thicker than typical juices, and the flavor is a little more intense.
Evolution Fresh offers a variety of juice flavors like Organic Spicy Lemonade, Coconut Water and Greens, and Sweet Burn to help quench summer thirst. My Favorite flavor was Defense Up- a blend of orange, pineapple, mango, apple and cherry. It came in handy on a long walk back from the grocery store (FYI Charleston friends, you can buy Evolution Fresh Juices at Harris Teeter). I also loved Mango, it has a great combination of mango and coconut flavors. I was not a fan of the green juices: Coconut Water and Greens or Sweet Greens and Lemon... they might be more of an acquired taste.
Another great flavor is the Organic Strawberry Lemonade, it's sweet and would be perfect to freeze and make summer cocktails — hello Margaritas + Daiquiris! For a non-alcoholic option, I froze the juice and mixed it with low-cal citrus soda to make a fruity fizzy drink... exactly what I needed to cool on a hot Charleston summer day.

Final verdict: I recommend Evolution Fresh Juices to anyone who wants to get more fruits and veggies into their diet without sacrificing taste, or to use as the juice base in low-fat fruity drinks or popsicles. Find Evolution Fresh Online: Evolution Fresh website - facebook - twitter - instagram - pinterest
