february houzz board: the perfect gallery wall.

My February houzz ideabook is all about creating the perfect gallery wall. We have a few gallery walls in our house and I love them - but eventually I want to make them even bigger (and better!) here are some pieces that might help:

wire script sculpture $48 - crown point 5x7 frame $50 - harris wall clock $30 - mirrored frame $19 - brushed silver 11x14" frame $50 (I have a few of these in our bedroom) - Budapest zoo print $60 - brushed silver 8x10" wall frame $40 - maison gray cefalu blue and white umbrellas 2 $300 - silver mughal mirror $549  - gallery 4x6 frame $20 - bliss down-filled sofa $999-$1,749 (depending on fabric choice) // browse all of my other houzz ideabooks

Do you have any gallery walls in your house?

  2. We're about to start our gallery wall adventure in the livine room, which I'm only slightly nervous about. I love the idea of adding a mirror to the mix! xx

  3. I created a gallery wall in the nursery before Lena was born - painted white picture frames and filled them with different pictures/craft paper. Such a fun, low-budget project. Your gray tones are lovely!

  5. We have 1 blank wall in our house (near the corner) and for almost a year now, I have told myself that I am going to decorate it. But the truth is, I am terrified of this project. It takes a lot of planning and collecting over a period of time to get a nice collection going ya know? It would be perfect if I could make 1 trip to a store and buy everything but that's just not possible. I do like the muted greys you've chosen. I would add some pops of colors here and there since I think our house is in need of some right now. Thanks for the inspiration! You must snap and before and after and show us once you're done :)

  8. I love how cohesive - but still unique - this is. A long term plan is a gallery wall in our stairwell. And I use 'long term' loosely ha.

  10. I have been lusting after a grey couch for quite some time. Once I move, it's the first thing I'm heading to Ikea for!

  11. I did a gallery wall in my bedroom ages ago, but my roommate and I are trying to get our act together and do one in the living room-- this is a much needed push to get on doing so! So pretty!
