put it in a pastry.

is it just me or does just about everything taste better wrapped up in a buttery, flakey pastery? when i am at a party (or a work event) i always look forward to seeing appetizers in the form of light puffs of pastry-goodness. i would like to try one of these tasty recipes:: 
pesto palmiers - cranberry and baked brie - bacon pineapple and boursin

spinach and artichoke - goat cheese - buffalo chicken - gouda and apple

  3. Love puff pastry! I made a version of pesto palmiers with sun-dried tomatoes, goat cheese, and chopped pine nuts for a family event. They were a huge hit!!
