what's better than gooey cheese and pasta?! macaroni and cheese is the ultimate comfort food but for some reason my husband doesn't like it. sooo when he is on call i usually take that opportunity to indulge in some cheesy goodness. usually when i make mac and cheese i go for the box stuff and i add in some fresh chopped veggies (my favorites are broccoli, cauliflower or zucchini). someday i'll ditch the boxed stuff and try one these tasty homemade recipes::

peas, shaved carrot, arugula - i would add in anything! haha! i love baked mac, try it, it's super easy! :)
When I lived in Europe I was forced to ditch the boxed stuff and make my own. I'm so glad! It's easy peasy to make and oh-so-delicious. I love to mix up the cheeses. I made chicken taco mac n' cheese just last week with some fresh salsa. Loved it.
