happy monday chickadees! this weekend was spent recovering from my cold - i feel 100% better - victory!
-a saturday trip to ikea = cinnamon roll sugar coma + sensory overload + glorious organization.
-now that we've got our ikea storage figured out - bedroom is almost finished and i loveee it.
-saturday night movie date in matching scrubs (total coincidence, i promise). we watched out of africa with the gorgeous meryrl streep and robert redford. it was so refreshing to see a GOOD movie (based on a true story no less!) and it prompted me to update our netflix queue (do you have any classic movie recommendations!?)

-a lazy sunday with football on in the background, vegetarian chili cooking in the crockpot and a bottle of hard cider...hello, FALL! i busted out my autumn wreath yankee candle.
-can't-look-away-trainwreck-drama on the season finale of new jersey housewives.
i can't wait to see the reunion.
-my best friend is getting married THIS SATURDAY!!! EEEP!!!!!

how lovely, hope you enjoy your friend's wedding! I've never seen Out of Africa but will check that out! We watched a silly 90's film last night - Honeymoon in Vegas with Nic Cage and Sarah Jessica Parker, worth a watch if you want something light!

I'm on pins and needles waiting for that train wreck of a reunion show! I hope it's one of Bravo's infamous 3-parters. I feel like it'll take a long time to bring some closure to that drama!
Love your headboard! A DIY tufted headboard has been on my to-do list for a long time. Hopefully I'll be able to do it once wedding season winds down next month. :)

I love ikea. It's the best, and we have one of those shelving units that you got. The rest of the weekend sounds nice too. I love fall candles. I started burning mine before fall started. Oops.
