now that fall has officially arrived it's time to break out the scarves, cords and jackets! to start the season off right, i went on a little shopping spree and i have already purchased a faux leather jacket, brown boots, a gray blazer and black pointy flats. i have a few things left on the list like a great olive jacket and some burgundy cords but i am really happy with my picks::
jacket $118 - boots $199 - blazer $88 - a chunky knit cowl $35 (knitted by my blog-friend leigh! she has her own shop, knits & knots- check it out!)

I thought of you this weekend! I met my sisters and mom at the Talbots Clearance Outlet and I scored big time! I got 3 cords, 2 jeans, 3 sweaters, 2 blazers,and 3 long sleeve tees for $176! Amazeballs!! Everything in the store is no more than $19.99 plus an extra 20% off of each item on top of that! I'm ready to go again, whenever you are! It's in Park Ridge, only about a 25 min drive from the city!

Boots! I've been looking for forever! Comfy yet chic brown leather boots with a low heel. Can't be too hard to find, right? Love those boots with those awesome zippers.

LOVE that blazer! the piping is pure prep but the slouch looks so comfy.
I bought a blazer this weekend at H&M and think I'm getting another one for my birthday on Tuesday! I'm loving blazers this fall and all the Pinterest styles to inspire me.
