game changer.

WONTONS. i'm a little obsessed with this game changer...they are so versatile and have very little calories and fat.

via - via

a few weeks ago i made leslie's mexican wontons and substituted ranch dressing for yogurt + ranch seasoning and sausage for low fat ground turkey.

last weekend i whipped up some spinach and feta quiche cups

and this past sunday i made buffalo chicken roll-ups::
mix canned chicken, plain non-fat yogurt, shredded cheese, taco seasoning, franks hot sauce, diced onions - wrap in wontons and bake until crispy! easy beasy right?!
are you a wonton fan?!
what's your favorite recipe?

Yum! I've used wontons to make homemade ravioli! I used this recipe from Giada.

You are on a roll. Speaking of rolls - you NEED to make the all veggie Southwestern egg rolls I made for the super bowl. All the Mexican flavors you love in one low calorie wrapper. I can't get enough of these either!

For a savory wanton I'd definitely test out a breakfast wonton-eggs, cheddar, chives, bacon, oh my. As a sweet wonton, I'd go with s'mores all the way.

Oh yum. I love making wontons too, but I usually stick to crab and cream cheese, deep fried and with sweet chili sauce. Not as healthy as these ;)

I love wontons...not only cause I'm asian, but because they're totally delicious. Although there's a lot of hand work that goes into it so I always admire those who have the patience to do it.

I made the barbecue chicken version of the Can You Stay for Dinner recipe for New Year's Eve party—amazing, and such a quick, easy, delicious recipe for a crowd! I will have to check out the other links you shared. I agree that wontons are easy, low in calories, and delicious. Yum.
