earlier this week instead of rushing to get ready for work i tried on my wedding dress (again). it's just hanging there so why not :) after i messed around with my hair a little bit i decided i should change before i got the dress dirty... i started to think about h's wardrobe. we havent really talked about what he is going to wear yet. h is a big bowtie guy so intially i was thinking ok, let's go with the bow tie suit route. but the other night he mentioned something about suspenders.. do you pair suspenders with a bow tie (or is that too country?) what about a skinny tie? so many questions! naturally i went to pinterest for some inspiration. here are a few of my favorite looks:

lovelove! my fave is the blue jcrew suit. j is doing a black jcrew tux with a skinny tie, but i totally love the bowtie look. i would pick bowtie or suspenders though...dk if i would put both together.
My husband is obsessed with bow ties. He looks pretty good in them, too. I'd totally get him one of those for everyday wear.

As a southern girl, I love a man in a bow tie! I think a bow tie and suspenders are a perfect fit! No one will know during the ceremony, and during the reception when you want to cut loose, he will look a little quirky and a lot of fun!
Okay, I really like that gray suit with the black bow tie. I don't usually love bow ties, but this one is really classy.

I struggle so much with thguys' wardrobe...so much, in fact, that I handed to task over to the exceptionally stylish best man :) (with my final sign off, of course!) Ha! I love the image of you tottering around your house in a wedding dress! I would probably do the same..then proceed to do something like eat a chocolate bar in it and get smears everywhere. Classy.
