destination wedding-part 1.

part 1? that's right-today i'm sharing my dream domestic destination wedding and tomorrow we're going international! my dream domestic destination wedding is charleston, south carolina. i fell in love with the city after a few visits and even managed to move there for a few months after i graduated college. i adore the southern charm, gorgeous homes and comfort food of the south. my dream southern wedding would take place outdoors with twinkling lights and tasty southern bbq...

Beautiful Charleston wedding! I love seeing bridal parties walking the streets on the weekend. There are sooo many weddings here every weekend. All the details make me swoon.

If your wedding is anything close to this then I want an invite!!! Gorgeous! I would love to visit there too. What a great area to experience college. Is that where you met your significant other? xo

I've really liked the "Cadbury's Chocolate" cocktails, in a jam jar, with a striped straw! Wow, that is coktail-fun!
In Formentera you just get the same Mojito thing all over the place - just too boring and damn expensive too :-) :

I've once to Charleston. There are beautiful beaches around too.

This is so beautiful! I love the idea of a Southern wedding, and was toying around with the idea of using this location for mine as well! One of my dear friends went on her mission to South Carolina last year, and she's getting married in October with a Southern theme, like this! I can't wait to see what she does :)

Thanks again for doing this with me! You are the best!

xoxo,
Joelle

I heart Charleston, it is one of the most charming southern cities and your wedding choices are perfect for the venue. My friend moved there a few years ago and had a wedding on Folly Beach outside charleston and it was so lovely. I want to get married all over again (to the same man of course) but in that wedding you have laid out!
