i recently added the striped cotton-modal boatneck top ($24.50) from land's end canvas to my closet and i am in love. the shirt is crazy versitle and is my new favorite staple in my closet. i have dreamt up a few fun outfits that will be easy to transition from spring into summer.

my favorite is the skirt combo - it's totally not my style and while I think I could pull it off I probably would never have the guts to. I'm stuck in my ways. Jeans or black/grey striped pants, black flats, blouses w/cartigans.
ooooh I love all the choices but I think the moccasin/jeggings look is my favourite. Completely agree that any striped t-shirt is a wardrobe staple!

A striped shirt is definitely the perfect staple...love all of your outfits. For me, it's a chiffony white blouse- wear it everywhere!

oooh, all three options are so chic and cute! you can never, ever go wrong with a basic stripe. so far this season my favorite staple has been my black crop pants, but my striped scoop neck tee has been a close second :)
