when i am baking i tend to worry about how a pie will taste rather than how the crust looks. but dang...don't these photos make it seem soooo easy to make a fancy smancy pie crust?!? i love pumpkin pie but right now i am craving blueberry or something with lemon. what's your favorite flavor?

I have the opposite problem. I don't really like pie, so when I made them this past Thanksgiving I worried a little too much about how they looked and not so much about the taste. Oops.

a) how incredible are those pies? you can never get enough Martha.
b) your cravings sound a lot like our wedding cake...but instead of lemon, we had key lime cake with blueberry filling.

Hm. What's my favorite? I like pecan, pumpkin, and lemon meringue. Although, I've never had blueberry... that sounds pretty good too ^_^
